Quick & Easy Beet Chips

If you are looking to add more veggies to your diet, but are still craving an afternoon treat these are the perfect dose of crunchy and sweet with a little bit of salt. Everyone in the family will love them, including your picky eater. Plus, they are easy to make. I hope you enjoy them!

Ingredients
10 medium beets
olive oil
1 tbsp. sea salt
Directions
Preheat your oven to 300F.
Scrub the beets and cut off the tops.⠀
Use a mandolin slicer to slice beets, or just slice as thinly as you can with a knife. ⠀
Place sliced beets in a bowl and toss with olive oil and salt. Let them sit for 15 minutes. Toss the beets again and strain off excess liquid.
Lay the slices on a baking sheet and bake for 45-60 minutes until crisp. Enjoy! ⠀
