Cherry & Kale Smoothie

Updated: Feb 17

If you suffer from chronic pain, or just need a post-workout recovery this cherry and kale smoothie is for you! Scientific evidence suggests that eating cherries can help relieve muscle pain, and arthritis pain as well – or better than – aspirin and other anti-inflammatory drugs. Cherries are full of polyphenols and vitamin C which have antioxidants abilities. This is why it's my go-to drink on days when my chronic pain is high and I need more spoons.
